This is a link to Assassinâs Creed Origins Interactive map showing every PoI, and this is Assassinâs Creed Odyssey map. If I counted correctly, Origins has 366 PoI (the 19 Ptolemy Statues not included, as they arenât for the achievement), plus 5 real cities, 26 villages, 58 viewpoints, 2 arenas, a bureau, and the hippodrome for a total of
If Origins feels grindy, Odyssey probably will too. But the side quests in Odyssey are fantastically well-written and some of the best content in the game. Dialogue choices with branching quests helps a lot with that, and is a big step up from Origins as a result. And since the gameplay from side-quests is identical to the main story
1.) The story makes sense ( In odyssey there are no assassins, in origins it makes sense bc itâs literally the origins of the assassins, but the way they covered it up in odyssey doesnât convince me) 2.) The characters are interesting 3.) The gameplay is consistent but not repetitive 4.) The map isnât over filled with activities and
5 It Plays Better into the Prophecy. The prophecy stated that in order to prevent the fall of Sparta, the child must fall first. Spartan society never would have viewed a baby girl as a threat to their standing in the war, but a baby boy would have been a different story. When you choose to play as Kassandra, it formulates a twist that you
I pick Origins for it's best revamped gameplay and better graphics featured with unique and interesting setting of Ancient Egypt after Ubisoft took a break in 2016, they optimized the game very well and I prefer it over Odyssey due it's better gameplay, no repetitive missions, no naval part (at least for me) and it reworked very well and it's
Black Flag has the far superior naval combat. Odyssey's isn't terrible by any means, but Black Flag is literally based around naval combat while Odyssey simply features it. In terms of everything else the games are completely different on a fundamental level. Black Flag is done in the old style of AC games while Odyssey is in the new style.
odyssey is grindier than origins, valhalla is grindier than odyssey Grindier, but the stealth is better. Valhalla's stealth is basically an afterthought in how they designed enemy encounters. Also, people greatly exaggerate assassination not being viable.
Odyssey is a larger map, Kassandra is a great character. But after a while it's a bit too much to do. Origins has a more personal story element to it and yea Egypt feels magical.but if you feel Origins is gona show how the Assasins Creed is established, you maybe a little disappointed.
you can get origins a lot cheaper now and it has less bugs, so better start with that. with patches odyssey will get better and better. #3. Kashra Fall Oct 13, 2018 @ 12:00pm. Both games are good imo. Origins has a lot of features they didn't bring into odyssey and a lot of tools (For some reason.) so it is more assassiny than odyssey is at times.
You can do that in Odyssey, but you can also hop and stab your way through Victorian London in Assassin's Creed Syndicate, or in the waning days of ancient Egypt in Assassin's Creed Origins. There
